An examination of a natural breast is the best way to show how it is done--obviously a mannikin or other model doesn't have the same pliability or texture of one's own tisssue and can't be palpated the same way. They are playing at being "concerned" about exploitation, but really, they are probably the only ones who think there is anything salacious there to be concerned about!
